BCBA fieldwork supervision is a structured mentorship experience designed to guide aspiring Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) through practical, hands-on training. During supervision, candidates work under the guidance of an experienced BCBA who offers support, feedback, and skill development across essential areas such as assessment, intervention design, ethical practice, and data-driven decision-making. Supervision sessions focus on real-world application, building the knowledge and competencies required for independent practice while aligning with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) standards. This process ensures that future BCBAs are well-prepared to provide high-quality, ethical care and to make meaningful differences in the lives of those they serve.
